This Privacy Policy explains how Praetorians Academy (the "Academy") and CTS (the "Developer") collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and website.

We collect information to manage your training and provide a seamless academy experience:
Identity Data: Name, age, and gender (to ensure you are placed in the correct Muay Thai/MMA/Boxing class).
Contact Data: Email address and phone number for booking confirmations and schedule changes.
Health & Safety Data: Voluntary disclosure of physical injuries or medical conditions to ensure safety during combat sports training.
Technical Data: IP address and device type, collected through our Firebase backend for app performance.
2. How We Use Your Data
Class Management: To process your registration for Muay Thai, MMA, or Boxing sessions.
Communication: To send you training updates or responses to your private coaching inquiries.
App Optimization: Using Firebase Analytics to see which features (like the schedule or curriculum) are most used.
Legal Compliance: To adhere to Lebanese Law No. 81 (Electronic Transactions and Personal Data).
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud). While your data is managed by our software company in Beirut, it may be processed on secure global servers. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your student records.
4. Mandatory Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play Store policies, we provide a simple way for you to control your data:
Request Deletion: You may delete your account directly within the Praetorians Academy App settings.
Manual Request: You can request a full data wipe by emailing [email protected].
Retention: We will delete all personal data within 30 days of a request, unless we are legally required to keep it for financial/tax records regarding your memberships.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share information with necessary service providers:
Firebase/Google: For app infrastructure and authentication.
Payment Processors: If you pay for classes via the app, your data is handled by our secure payment gateway.
6. Consent for Martial Arts Activities
By using this app to register for classes, you acknowledge that martial arts (Muay Thai, MMA, Boxing) involve physical contact. While we protect your digital data here, physical safety is governed by the Academy’s in-person liability waiver signed at our Beirut facility.
